The use of argumentation theory in analyzing literary works is relatively a new phenomenon. This blog attempts to bring together research papers and opinions looking at literary works from an argumentative perspective.

seminal works, Le Traité de
l'argumentation (with Lucie Olbrechts-Tytesa) and Uses of Argument, both published
respectively in 1958, Chaïm Perelman emphasize a remarkable spate of interest
in argumentation
studies.
